The apartment is at the West end of the apartment and has a neat entry foyer with a place for your coats and other items. As soon as you enter, your eyes go to the beautiful balcony and views all the way from Central Park and Mid-town Manhattan to Morningside Park and the larges Gothic style cathedral in the world. The outdoor space is an "L" shape with a Central Park side and a Morningside Park side right above the weekly Farmers' Market. The two bedrooms are separated by a full bathroom and the primary bedroom has it's own ensuite bath both with large picture windows facing South.
The building also has a great roof deck with even better views all through the City with a large open area and some cabanas that have been opened up to the residents. There is a gym in the building and there are two Cafe's on the block as well as a full Supermarket, 24-hr convenience store and Subway entrances to the B and C trains.
