Beautifully designed one-of-a-kind alcove studio at Bergen, Residence 122E offers soaring 10’6” ceilings and three oversized windows with bright southern exposure, filling the home with natural light and creating an open, airy feel.

The layout is thoughtfully configured, with an expansive kitchen anchored by custom white oak cabinetry and matching hardware, offering generous storage throughout. Honed Taj Mahal quartzite countertops extend into an overhang for casual seating, while a seamless backsplash adds a soft, continuous warmth to the space. A fully integrated Thermador Masterpiece Series appliance package blends effortlessly into the design, keeping the kitchen clean, cohesive, and highly functional. The living area comfortably accommodates both dining and entertaining, while the alcove creates a private sleep sanctuary.

The bathroom continues a refined material palette with soft, calming tones and warm wood accents designed for long-lasting use. A custom white oak vanity is topped with honed Agglo terrazzo, complemented by matte Tatami-Beige wall tile, terrazzo flooring with radiant heat, and custom lighting by Workstead.
