The Vermeer is a full-service cooperative ideally located at the crossroads of Chelsea and the West Village. The building offers a full-time doorman and concierge, live-in superintendent, central laundry, garage, bike storage, and recently renovated hallways. Residents also enjoy an enormous furnished and planted rooftop deck with WiFi and sweeping city views. Flip tax is paid by the seller. Installing washer & dryer in the unit is not permitted.
