This timeshare residence is deeded real estate, offering 28 days each year in a beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bath home, with the flexibility to extend usage up to 49 days depending on your usage preferences.  

Each Member enjoys a combination of Fixed and Float time, offering a perfect blend of certainty and flexibility. The designated Fixed Week for this offering is Week #21, or May 22nd - May 29th, which includes Memorial Day weekend. The Fixed Week is guaranteed, unless you choose to exchange that week in any given year. The remaining 21 nights are ‘float nights’, which can be used on an as-needed basis throughout the year.
