ከሲቲ ሆል ፓርክ ከፍ ብሎ የሚገኘው ሬዚዳንስ 20B፣ በ150 ናሳው ስትሪት በሚገኘው የአሜሪካን ትራክት ሶሳይቲ ህንፃ ውስጥ ያለ የማዕዘን ባለሦስት መኝታ ቤትና ሦስት ተኩል መታጠቢያ ቤት ያለው መኖሪያ ነው። በ1895 የተጠናቀቀው ይህ ህንፃ በኒው ዮርክ ከተማ ከመጀመሪያዎቹ ሰማይ ጠቀስ ህንፃዎች አንዱ ነው። መኖሪያው ከ10 ጫማ ከፍታ ባላቸው ጣሪያዎች ስር ወደ 2,300 ካሬ ጫማ የሚጠጋ ስፋት አለው። ትልልቅ መስኮቶቹ ወደ ሰሜንና ምዕራብ ይከፈታሉ፤ ከዚያም የማዘጋጃ ቤቱን ህንፃ፣ የዎልዎርዝ ህንፃን እና የማንሃታንን የከተማ ገጽታ ይመለከታሉ፤ እይታውም እስከ ምስራቅና ሃድሰን ወንዞች ይደርሳል።

እያንዳንዱ ተጨማሪ መኝታ ቤት የራሱ ልዩ ባህሪ አለው። የመጀመሪያው በትልቅ ተንሸራታች የእንጨት በር በኩል ይገባል፤ ከመስኮቶቹ በታች የተሰሩ ካቢኔዎችም ወደ ሚድታውን የሚመለከቱ ናቸው። ሁለተኛው መስኮቱን ከወለል እስከ ጣሪያ በተዘረጋ አብሮ በተሰራ መደርደሪያ መካከል ያካትታል። ሁለት ተጨማሪ ሙሉ መታጠቢያ ቤቶች እነዚህን ክፍሎች ያገለግላሉ። የእንግዳ መጸዳጃ ቤቱ በጥቁር የመስታወት ሞዛይክ የተለበጠ ሲሆን፣ ተንጠልጣይ የእብነ በረድ ማጠቢያና በግድግዳ ላይ የተገጠመ የውሃ ቧንቧ አለው። በመኖሪያው ውስጥ ያለ የልብስ ማጠቢያና ማድረቂያ ማሽን እንዲሁም ሰፊ የቁም ሳጥን ቦታ ቤቱን ያሟላሉ።

High above City Hall Park, Residence 20B is a corner three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home at 150 Nassau Street, the American Tract Society Building. Completed in 1895, it is one of the earliest skyscrapers in New York. The residence spans nearly 2,300 square feet beneath 10-foot ceilings. Oversized windows open to the north and west, taking in the Municipal Building, the Woolworth Building, and the Manhattan skyline, with views reaching to both the East and Hudson Rivers.
